The British Standards Institute
The British Standard Institute (BSI) is a leading global provider of professional services to organisations worldwide. BSI provide independent certification of management systems including quality and environmental management. more about the British Standards Institute.
OMM currently have the coveted ISO9001:2000 and are in the process of gaining ISO14001.
ISO9001
This is the BSI’s accreditation for Quality Management Systems. This accreditation ensures that all the promises and service levels we strive to achieve are continuously monitored. We always work within the guidelines laid down by this policy and each stage of our internal processes and systems is documented and recorded so that they may be checked upon at any time. more about this accreditation at the bsi-global.com website.
ISO14001
This is the BSI’s accreditation for the Environmental Management Standard. OMM realise the importance of environmental awareness and best practice within our daily operations. Boss Federation
The BOSS (British Office Supplies and Services) Federation is the authoritative body for the UK office products industry. They are a non-profit making organisation and do not pursue any economic or political objectives of their own, instead concentrating effort on playing a strategic role in the support, promotion and protection of the office products industry. more about this accreditation at the bossfederation.com website.
BOSS represents all businesses along the distribution chain in the office products industry, covering stationery, office machines and supplies, office furniture, office systems and related product areas.
OMM are a key member of this trade body and are an active voice in the many discussions and issues that it regulates. We do not believe that it is vital to be a member of this organisation. more about this accreditation.
Data Protection
OMM are registered under the data protection act. Our registration number is X3383217. This means you can be sure that any details you give us will not be passed on to any other agencies or companies. Manufacturer Certifications
OMM insist that all of our maintenance staff, for both hardware and software, are accredited and certified by the leading manufacturers. We make sure our staff are continuously trained on manufacturer led courses. Including Canon, Brother, Epson, HP or Microsoft.
OMM have a new premises. Our building is fully compliant with government standards with motion censored lights, water saving taps and waste recycling.
